When I speak, I do not give a lecture. I bring real stories, straight talk, and strategies that make people lean in and take notes. My style is fun, direct, and focused on giving audiences something they can use immediately. Whether it is a corporate group, a professional association, or a community organization, my goal is to make the message stick and the strategies feel doable.
Workshops are where we get hands-on. I guide participants through practical exercises to help them identify the right mentors and sponsors, understand the unspoken rules in their workplace, and build a career plan that works for them.
